Orlando Health Emergency Room – Eustis seeks a Respiratory Therapist, Reg III, to join a brand-new 24/7 ER in Lake County. Located at Dillard Rd & US-441, the facility opens this fall with 10 exam rooms, a dedicated trauma room, imaging and lab services.

The role involves operating respiratory equipment, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. Eligible candidates maintain Florida RRT licensure and meet advanced critical care criteria.

Qualifications

• AS/AS degree in Respiratory Care or Cardiopulmonary Sciences.
• Advanced Critical Care training as defined by the Respiratory Clinical Ladder.
• Basic computer/mechanical training required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates competency in respiratory therapeutics and use of non-invasive ventilators and related equipment.
• Maintains accurate and precise documentation.
• Demonstrates strong analytical reasoning and blends patient care with technical skills.
• Communicates openly with all members of the healthcare team.
• Maintains compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures.
