MUSC Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist 2 to join our team on a PRN, part-time basis in Orangeburg, SC. The RT2 provides a range of respiratory therapy modalities, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen, and specialty gases for adolescent and adult patients with cardio-pulmonary dysfunction.

This role reports to the RTSL and Adult Respiratory Manager. Minimum education includes a CoARC-approved program completion; current SC licensure and NBRC RRT credentials with BLS certification are

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CoARC-approved respiratory care program.
• Licensed respiratory care practitioner in South Carolina.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC; current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and administer prescribed respiratory therapies.
• Manage oxygen delivery and ventilation modalities for adolescents and adults.
• Oversee respiratory therapy technicians and document care in hospital systems.
