Qualifications

Six+ years in workforce planning, contact center ops, or HR.
Strong relationship management with vendors and internal teams.
Budgeting, control methods, and project management knowledge.
Ability to translate program objectives into milestones.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to workforce planning processes, timelines, and governance.
Maintain data integrity across workforce planning systems and reporting.
Partner with Finance to update monthly labor forecast.
Engage Talent Acquisition and vendors to staff open positions.
