Responsibilities

• Respond to guest room repair requests.
• Communicate with guests and staff to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Request, acquire and maintain inventory, parts and supplies as needed.
• Safely use hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
• Repair or replace pipes (PVC/Copper) and soldering where needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repair on plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Program TVs and perform housekeeping and engineering-related duties.
• Assist with painting, drywall repair, and minor carpentry tasks.
• Maintain shop areas, storage, and inventories; document work orders.
• Install and replace lighting fixtures and bulbs.
• Dismantle and replace defective machines and parts.
