Hotel Equities is seeking a Chief Engineer for the Element by Westin in Sedona, AZ. The role oversees the maintenance department, life safety programs, and daily operations to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The Chief Engineer will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate with managers, and oversee external contractors to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical equipment such as chillers, boilers, water softeners, and refrigeration equipment.
• Experience with budgeting, bids, and adherence to city codes and safety regulations.
