Job summary

Grand Teton Lodge Company in Moran, WY is hiring an Advanced Housekeeping Inspector for the Summer Seasonal 2026 program. You will ensure guestrooms meet brand standards by inspecting 30-45 rooms daily and oversee 4-6 housekeepers, ensuring quality and efficiency prior to guest check-in.

Starting wage is $18.75 per hour with housing options, free park passes, employee discounts, and access to training programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years required, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Ability to speak/understand basic English.
• Strong will to make our guests happy and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Ability to check others work and provide honest feedback.
• Prior hospitality experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure guestrooms are cleaned in accordance with Brand Standards by daily inspections of 30-45 guestrooms.
• Oversee the daily work of approximately 4-6 housekeepers, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Ensure rooms are ready by 4:30pm, assist with linen, terry, trash, and bed making as needed.
• Report to management on housekeeper performance and cleanliness trends.
• Maintain communication with housekeeping office on room statuses and progress.
• Provide exemplary service to guests by anticipating needs and addressing cleanliness concerns.
• Assist in completing rooms by 4pm check-in time and support housekeeping management on projects.
• Walk outside in all weather conditions as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
