Job summary

Andco is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a flagship Kissimmee-area property, a 400+ keys, full-service resort with HOA/condo-hotel ownership. You will own the business, drive revenue, and elevate the guest experience across all departments.

You will partner with corporate leaders to implement strategic plans, manage costs, and build a high-performing team while maintaining operational discipline and a commitment to DEI.

Qualifications

• Led large-scale hospitality operations with 400+ keys and full departmental complexity.
• Direct accountability for Food & Beverage operations and performance (P&L).
• Operate across Rooms, Engineering, F&B with high discipline and standards.
• Proficient with PMS, purchasing platforms, and reporting tools to drive efficiency.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Experience with HOA or condo-hotel ownership structures is valuable.
• CAM license is required or commitment to obtain within six months.
• Commitment to integrity, calm leadership and DEI in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance of the property across guest satisfaction, financial results, team engagement, and asset care.
• Drive revenue, manage expenses, and meet or exceed budgeted goals across all departments with KPI-based decisions.
• Partner with corporate leadership to develop and execute operational strategies and annual plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs while elevating the guest experience.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team across Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and other departments.
