Howard Air & Plumbing in Phoenix seeks an experienced Residential Water Treatment Sales Consultant to conduct in-home water consultations, perform basic tests, explain results, and recommend whole-home filtration and RO systems. The role targets proven in-home sales professionals with a track record of closing high-value residential projects and working with our plumbing and installation teams.

Formación

• Direct residential water treatment sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with RO, water softeners, conditioners, and whole-home filtration.
• Experience testing residential water and using results to recommend solutions.
• Proven in-home consultative sales and closing high-value projects.
• Ability to explain softening vs filtration and drinking water concepts to homeowners.
• Willingness to learn the sales process and utilize the CRM.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home water quality consultations.
• Perform and explain basic residential water testing (hardness, TDS, chlorine).
• Identify homeowner concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present and sell RO systems, whole-home filtration, carbon filtration, and specialty filtration.
• Size and configure equipment and develop accurate proposals with financing options.
• Confidently close sales in the home and maintain communication through installation.
