Job summary

Pinemar is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for high-end residential construction in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role focuses on precision, client satisfaction, and collaboration with architects, designers, and trade partners.

You will lead preconstruction budgeting, oversee project execution, and ensure schedule and budget adherence while delivering exceptional craftsmanship. A strong architectural/engineering background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in custom residential or commercial construction.
• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of high-end homebuilding methods, materials, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting with the estimating team and review bids for accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Facilitate communication between clients, architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly meetings and track action items across the team.
• Maintain organized project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings).
• Ensure long-lead materials are identified and ordered on schedule.
