• Placing orders for standard parts as needed
• Initiating and referencing claim numbers for warranty
• Documenting service activities and maintaining records
• Assisting in processing shipping labels for returned equipment
• Informing managers of work completion and updates on system issues
• Stocking work truck with tools and parts
• Maintaining regular, punctual attendance; able to work nights/weekends/overtime
