Seamless Exterior, backed by LB Capital, is seeking a General Sales Manager in Cedar Falls, IA to own and grow the in-house sales team. You will recruit, train, and lead closers, set aggressive targets, and drive in-home presentations to close deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a residential sales team in home improvement trades.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a high-performing sales team.
• Strong recruiter and coach able to develop reps into closers.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay structures and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of the sales team and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent to grow the team and close rate.
• Set targets and drive activities to hit them daily/weekly/monthly.
• Coach in-home, model effective presentations, and lead by example.
• Lead sales meetings, train on product, pricing, and objections.
• Report pipeline, close rate, average job size, and revenue to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing/production to optimize lead conversion and installations.
