You will manage punch lists, order materials, and schedule installations, ensuring timely delivery and final approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with residential roofing.
• Residential roofing installation experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, installers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Document punch lists and coordinate corrections and final approvals.
• Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery.
