Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry materials and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation process to ensure projects are completed according to company standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate and transport materials to and from job sites as needed.
• Perform routine on-site inspections to verify installation quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor crews to ensure proper installation techniques and adherence to company policies.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Conduct final project inspections to verify all work has been completed correctly and identify any punch list items requiring attention.
• Coordinate corrective work when necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection notes and completion records.
• Work closely with production teams, office staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying and addressing safety concerns on job sites.
