Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or related construction environment.
• Experience as a Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or other hands-on leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and jobsite operations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on residential remodeling jobsites.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trade partners, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Help maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses efficiently.
• Conduct regular jobsite walkthroughs to monitor quality, safety, cleanliness, and workmanship.
• Review plans and field conditions and identify construction challenges before they escalate.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work meets local codes and company standards.
• Communicate with Project Manager, design team, office staff, and trade partners to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide professional, respectful communication with homeowners on the jobsite.
• Help resolve day-to-day construction challenges and make decisions in the field.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including logs, photos, and updates.
• Support and lead carpenters and field team members, fostering accountability and teamwork.
