You will coordinate field operations, manage budgets, and maintain proactive homeowner communications while mentoring field staff and uphold our commitment to client satisfaction and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in residential remodeling or custom home construction.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and change-order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough and closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and daily field operations.
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries.
• Maintain clear homeowner communication with regular updates.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and progress to ensure outcomes.
• Review plans and coordinate with design team to resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and reports in PM software.
• Ensure compliance with codes and company standards.
• Mentor field team members and foster a collaborative environment.
