Job summary

Bath & Floor Stiles is seeking a Residential Remodeling Project Manager to own sold projects from contract handoff through final client approval. You will coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, budgets and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role is showroom and field-based with regular travel throughout Montgomery County and the greater D.C. metro area, requiring an owner’s mindset toward craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing residential remodeling or construction projects.
• Experience delivering projects on budget and on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and trade sequencing.
• Experience managing subcontractors and holding trade partners accountable.
• Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and residential building-code requirements.
• Understanding of project budgets, job costs, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from signed contract to final walkthrough and client sign-off.
• Build and maintain project schedules and coordinate trades.
• Review scope, estimates, and selections at handoff.
• Protect gross margin by controlling costs and avoiding unnecessary expenses.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Provide proactive client updates and manage change orders.
• Maintain accurate project information in JobTread and other systems.
