You will be the primary liaison between customers, installation teams, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring work is on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Conduct project walkthroughs and quality inspections.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations with customers.
• Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and available for scheduled installations.
• Track project costs and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with production, sales, and customer service teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
