AKN Interiors seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from production start to final walkthrough. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and designers, while maintaining proactive client communication and strict adherence to the project schedule.

Based in Bethel Park, PA, this role requires travel to multiple sites, a strong eye for quality, and a collaborative, tech-forward workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with homeowners, employees, subcontractors, designers, and leadership.
• Proven ability to manage scope changes and formal change-order processes.
• Excellent scheduling, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage remodeling projects from start of production through punch list and closeout.
• Coordinate field employees, subcontractors, inspections, and project activities.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout construction and provide proactive updates.
