Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding progress and updates.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality on site.
• Perform finish carpentry and related tasks when needed.
• Mentor field team and uphold company craftsmanship standards.
