Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multiple crews.
• Residential remodeling experience with broad trades knowledge.
• Strong construction estimating skills and material planning.
• Experience overseeing project quality and field operations.
• Proficient with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12–13 residential remodeling projects at various stages.
• Lead project managers and field carpenters across multiple jobsites.
• Review estimates, measurements and scopes to flag issues early.
• Coordinate with consultants and production leadership for proper planning.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits, monitor schedules and materials.
• Develop the field team and improve operational processes.
