Job summary

Model Remodel, a Seattle-based remodeling contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead residential remodels from inception to completion. You will closely monitor budgets, generate financial reports, and negotiate subcontractor contracts while ensuring open communication among all stakeholders.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction/remodeling and at least 5 years of PM experience for residential projects; green/sustainable building experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction/remodeling.
• At least 5 years of project management for residential remodels.
• Experience with green or sustainable building is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception to completion and monitor progress.
• Monitor costs against budget and generate financial reports.
• Facilitate and negotiate subcontractor contracts.
• Assist with material procurement and manage invoices and schedules.
• Maintain open communication among project participants and resolve risks.
• Provide client meeting reports and status updates.
• Develop and manage construction schedules with Supervisors.
• Ensure quality control and stay current on industry trends.
• Utilize project management software and MS Office; work independently.
