Job summary

Neal Beckstedt Studio in Brooklyn, NY, seeks an Architectural Project Manager/Designer to lead high-end residential projects from concept through punch list. The candidate will manage all architectural aspects of interior gut renovations and ground-up homes, working directly with the principal.

The role requires creating precise construction documents, familiarity with NYC codes, and strong client and contractor communication.

Qualifications

• Experience creating filing sets, construction documents & bid sets for high-end residential projects.
• Experience with NYC building codes.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, contractors and vendors.
• Previous experience in custom residential design & detailing with extensive millwork and fine detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through punch list for high-end residential interiors and ground-up homes.
• Manage and oversee all architectural aspects working directly with the principal.
• Develop and review construction documents and detailing to ensure design intent and code compliance.
• Mentor and delegate to junior architects and designers, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
