Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a Hayes-based residential development. You will oversee site operations, liaise with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and keep the project on track over a 5-year, 450-unit program.

You will manage Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, work with an on-site QS to ensure delivery within budget, and benefit from the bonus scheme and company perks such as vehicle, healthcare and laptop.

Qualifications

• Experience running residential developments as number 1 reporting into the Contracts Manager.
• On-site coordination with QS to ensure delivery within budget.

Responsibilities

• Deal with all paperwork on the operational side of a construction site.
• Liaise with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and keep the project running smoothly.
• Direct on-site team including Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
