Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major multifamily development in the Central Texas market from advanced planning through completion. You will oversee preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout, coordinating with ownership groups, design teams, and contractors while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

The role requires proven experience in large-scale ground-up construction, strong financial and scheduling skills, and the ability to lead multiple

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale ground-up construction projects.
• Strong Central Texas market experience preferred.
• High-rise construction experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex residential, mixed-use, commercial, or hospitality developments.
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and subcontractor management capabilities.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders through challenging project environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with ownership groups, design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and financial objectives.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement activities, and change management processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and support staff.
• Deliver consistent reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership.
