Job summary

Community Resources For Justice (CRJ) seeks a Program Manager to supervise the delivery of high-quality residential services in Massachusetts. You will lead operations to ensure compliance with state regulations and CRJ policies, while supporting a culture of excellent agency-wide performance.

The role involves staffing, training, on-call support, and coordination with families, funders, and regulators to promote client well-being and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or required.
• Two years management experience in human services preferred.
• Three years experience with DD or ID populations preferred.
• Bilingual, bicultural encouraged.
• Prior experience in residential treatment or community-based group homes preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to write detailed reports.
• Excellent expressive language skills; able to tailor to audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily residential and program activities.
• Hire, train, supervise, and manage program operations staff.
• Provide on-call support evenings and weekends.
• Represent CRJ at meetings with funders, families, guardians, and agencies.
• Ensure documentation in EMR and HCSIS systems; train staff on handling information.
• Organize community integration and maintain open communications with families and coordinators.
• Manage program finances and personal funds for individuals.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations and CRJ policies.
