Job summary

Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) - Community Strategies in Orange, MA seeks a Program Manager to supervise the delivery of high-quality residential services, lead a team, ensure Positive Behavioral Supports, coordinate with stakeholders, hire and develop staff, and provide on-call support. This role emphasizes documentation in HCSIS and EMR systems and responsible program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of management experience in human services preferred.
• Three years of experience with DD/ID populations; management experience preferred.
• Prior experience in residential treatment or community-based group homes preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to write detailed reports.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily residential and program activities, including staff supervision, residence maintenance and personal care of consumers.
• Ensure high-quality services delivered through a team management approach.
• Apply Positive Behavioral Supports in work with individuals and staff.
• Represent CRJ/CS in meetings with funders, families, guardians, regulators and agencies.
• Hire, train, supervise and manage program operations staff with focus on Residential Directors.
• Provide on-call support evenings and weekends for group homes.
• Organize community integration opportunities and maintain open communications with families and service coordinators.
• Ensure documentation in HCSIS and EMR and train staff on information handling.
• Manage program funds and supervise personal finances for individuals.
