Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Kalamazoo, MI, seeks a Senior Residential Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for residential and community-based programs, ensuring high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and strong partnerships with staff, families, and providers.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, advance quality improvement, manage budgets, oversee admissions and community relations, and promote person-centered care aligned with the organization’s

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership, management, or program administration in behavioral health, residential services, healthcare, or related setting.
• Experience leading teams, managing operations, and driving performance improvement.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Professional licensure in discipline preferred.
• Experience in residential treatment or community-based behavioral health environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect supervision of multidisciplinary staff and leadership team members.
• Oversees residential and community-based programs to meet quality, safety, and compliance goals.
• Leads continuous quality improvement and performance measurement initiatives.
• Manages admissions, referrals, and community relations to ensure timely and effective placements.
• Assists with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; monitors budgets and analyzes variances.
• Represents the organization in meetings, partnerships, and external collaborations.
