Trinity Management Company, L.L.C. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, apartment turns, and pool care under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Responsibilities include completing service requests within 48 hours, prioritizing work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining the property's curb appeal. The role requires physical fitness and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance or equivalent experience required.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA Certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 48 hours.
• Organize and complete work orders by priority.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, pools, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain roofs, fixtures, flooring, ceilings.
• Respond to emergency calls within fifteen minutes when on-call.
• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of property.
• Assist with apartment turns to meet move-in dates.
• Perform general property maintenance on vehicles and tools.
