Job summary

Triple Crown Corporation in Harrisburg is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of our Enclave community properties. You will supervise a maintenance team and coordinate with leasing staff to keep communities safe, clean and well-maintained.

This role requires strong hands-on skills, 4+ years in residential maintenance, 1+ year supervisory experience, and the ability to work on-call as needed. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in property management.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to work rotational on-call schedule.
• Proficient with tablets, smartphones, and computers.
• Strong team player who can work independently or with others.
• OSHA Certification preferred; HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Must possess all tools needed to perform service duties.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance projects and day-to-day duties of maintenance team members.
• Monitor vendor/subcontractor performance, purchase orders, invoices, and enforce standards and timelines.
• Communicate with the Property Manager and office staff about repairs and turnover status.
• Prepare apartments prior to resident occupancy and assist with maintenance projects/work orders.
• Complete property work orders including electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry and painting.
• Coordinate pool maintenance as needed.
