Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 7+ years of experience in loan servicing operations, with supervisory or management experience.
• Expertise in residential loan mechanics; familiarity with commercial servicing is a plus.
• Proficiency with core banking/servicing platforms (FIS, Black Knight, Synergy) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing loan servicing team.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, SCRA, GLBA, and BSA/AML rules.
• Oversee monthly escrow balancing, tax tracking, and insurance compliance.
