Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in commercial loan operations, CRE and construction lending.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership of loan processors or closers.
• Strong title/survey analysis and lien waiver validation expertise.
• Experience with LaserPro / CLCS / FIS systems.
• Proven ability to implement operational risk controls and SLA tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized operations division handling commercial credit agreements and due diligence.
• Direct end-to-end construction loan administration including disbursements.
• Maintain capacity planning, QA, and segregation-of-duties protocols.
• Interpret credit documents to ensure conditions precedent before funding.
• Serve as operations liaison for credit risk, regulatory exams, and audits.
