Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to inform them of HVAC issues, solutions, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly.
• Maintain and perform work on air handling units and ducts.
• Track repairs and complete work in trade software.
• Communicate issues in a non-technical manner to clients.
