Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

The HVAC Lead Installer leads the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role involves experienced HVAC installers with various experience to ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to code.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Pay Transparency

The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $40-$60 hr . The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
