Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HVAC service technician.
• Experience in residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and perform work on air handling units and duct work.
• Accurately track repairs in Service Titan and other software.

Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems
