Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience required.
• Strong residential HVAC installation and service experience.
• Experience with sheet metal and ductwork.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems independently.
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose heating and cooling system problems.
• Install and service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and related equipment.
• Perform HVAC replacements and installations.
• Read and understand equipment specifications and installation requirements.
• Perform sheet metal work and ductwork as needed.
• Properly size, install, and connect HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
