You’ll perform professional residential installations, mentor junior installers, and help ensure every job meets code and manufacturer guidelines while delivering customer comfort.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional evenings or weekends may be required)

Shop Location: Castroville, TX

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• Thorough understanding of residential HVAC codes and proper installation methods
• Strong working knowledge of tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety procedures
• Familiarity with low-voltage HVAC controls and systems
