Parrish Services is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer in Manassas, VA. The role involves installing generators and HVAC systems, designing and wiring ductwork, and completing projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 years residential HVAC installation experience required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings without supervision.
• Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units in homes.
• Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.
