Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Residential Customer Care Training Manager to lead the training strategy for the Residential Customer Care division. The role partners with HR, leadership, and the L&OD group to design and implement development programs that improve performance and engagement.

The position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and change-management skills, and the ability to support a dispersed, mainly remote workforce across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required or 5 years' experience in Training, HR, or Support organization.
• Experience leading a training, learning, enablement, or organizational development function.
• Experience creating or overseeing communications and learning content for large employee populations.
• Experience using learning technologies and content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia, SharePoint, LMS, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed, hybrid, or remote employee populations.
• Experience facilitating change management, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support training strategy for Residential Customer Care.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on talent and performance initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between Customer Care and Learning/Org Development groups.
• Develop programs to improve knowledge, skills, and behaviors to drive business results.
• Champion new technologies and tools to improve divisional metrics.
• Support over 200 remote associates across 13 states.
