MatPel Builders in Jackson, WY seeks an Experienced Construction Superintendent to lead high-end residential projects, mentor crews, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in high-end residential construction with a carpentry background, exceptional communication, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in high-end residential construction; carpentry background required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for directing crews.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and mentor crew members.
• Work cooperatively with Project Managers.
• Layout jobsites on the lot, establish elevations and excavation depth.
• Collaborate with Architects/Engineers/Designers to solve issues.
• Determine labor requirements and staff accordingly.
• Generate materials lists and project timelines.
• Ensure efficient and profitable use of time, manpower, and materials.
• Fill out Daily Log in ProCore with daily progress photos.
• Review plans daily and communicate with subs for schedule adherence.
• Maintain a safe, clean jobsite and enforce OSHA safety standards.
