Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Superintendent role with high-end residential projects.
• Proficient in construction methods, materials, and reading blueprints.
• Familiarity with equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities for custom residential projects, ensuring quality and on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople, promoting safety and productivity.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, codes, and safety regulations.
• Serve as primary on-site contact with clients, architects, and project managers, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and adjust project schedules; coordinate subcontractor activities and resource use.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance through regular meetings and inspections.
• Maintain thorough daily records and prepare reports for senior management.
• Manage on-site inventory, deliveries, and equipment usage.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
