Akos Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. You will develop scopes, estimates, and proposals while coordinating closely with clients and architects to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and change orders in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in single-family residential construction field.
• 2+ years as a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from pre-con to completion.
• Develop costs estimates, work scope and final proposals.
• Communicate with Clients and Architects regularly.
