Job summary

gpac seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead a production home builder's residential projects in the Washington, DC area, overseeing multiple sites from start to finish to ensure on-time delivery and superior craftsmanship.

You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors and vendors, enforce safety standards, interpret blueprints and building codes, and work closely with project managers, architects and stakeholders to maintain schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction (supervisory/leadership role).
• BuilderTrend experience required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes.
• Able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential projects from start to finish.
• Lead on-site teams, subs, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect quality and address construction issues promptly.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects and stakeholders on progress.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to prevent overruns.
• Interpret blueprints and local building codes.
• Foster a collaborative and positive site culture.
