Korndoerfer Homes in the Milwaukee area is seeking a Senior Residential Construction Estimator for our Brookfield office. You will manage budgets, take-offs, and pricing for standard and custom changes while reviewing plans, codes, and site plans.

The role requires residential construction experience, proficiency with estimating software, and strong communication and organization. A collaborative, fun team environment with trade partners is emphasized.

Formación

• Residential construction experience required.
• Experience with takeoffs and estimating software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage complete house budgets and quantity take-offs.
• Produce accurate job documentation and pricing for standard and custom changes.
• Review home plans, specs, codes, site plans and ACC requirements.
• Perform take-offs and pricing for all home construction aspects.
• Develop databases to support estimating and sales.
• Collaborate with sales, construction staff and trade partners.
