Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential home construction.
• Ability to own project execution from pre-construction to completion.
• Proven leadership coordinating homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong budget, schedule, and quality control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful execution of custom home builds from pre-construction through completion.
• Align with company mission and values on every project.
• Manage master schedule, confirm subs and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Protect gross margins by identifying variances and tracking costs.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Control work quality to satisfy plans, homeowners' specs, codes, and standards.
• Communicate with homeowners, provide updates, manage expectations and changes.
• Document schedules, plans, change orders, inspections, and key communications.
