Job summary

Macauley Llc in Austin, TX is seeking skilled AV technicians to install and service residential control systems across the Greater Austin Area. You will work with a team to complete installs, perform service calls, and ensure quality with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience, hold Control4 and Lutron certifications, be able to lift 80 lbs, own basic tools, and demonstrate reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential control systems, installation or service.
• Certifications Required: Control4, Lutron RA-2, Lutron RA-3, Lutron HomeWorks
• Ketra knowledge & programming preferred
• Ability to achieve timeline goals independently
• Advanced networking/data system installation and setup
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detailed, organized, and multitask-driven
• Candidates must own basic hand/power tools. Some tools/testers provided.
