Lillian Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer Level I to lead the drafting department in our residential home building division. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a team of drafters, producing high-quality construction documents, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of residential construction, building codes, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to solve

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years drafting experience in residential construction.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drafters to produce accurate construction documents.
• Oversee workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines.
• Design, review and approve all construction drawings to meet codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to address design challenges.
• Maintain and update drafting standards, templates, and processes.
