Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural practice, focused on residential design.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or ArchiCAD and visualization software.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans for a variety of residential projects, including new builds and renovations.
• Collaborate with clients to translate lifestyle needs into home designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and permit applications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for project execution.
