Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) are well-established Manhattan community-based agencies that support services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. Program Description

Goddard Riverside is excited to announce the agency is diving back into settlement roots and becoming a resource to Asylum Seekers in New York City! Goddard’s newest endeavor will be a Sanctuary Site for Asylum Seeking families. This site will be a place where families can feel safe, receive resources and support, while becoming acclimated and part of the community.

Purpose of Position

Is to serve as lead RA for the scheduled shift and is responsible for assuring the general welfare and safety of the residents, staff, and the facility. The Senior RA is expected to ensure quality service deliverables by overseeing the daily residential services and inspections, in order to ensure that all residents’ goals, targets, and performance outcomes are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Residential Aid staff are the first welcoming face new families are greeted by!

• Tuesday–Saturday 11pm‑7am

Salary Range

Between $43,000 to $47,000

Bilingual: $45,000‑$47,000

Non‑bilingual: $43,000‑$45,000

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
