Goddard Riverside is hiring Residential Aid staff for the Hillside Hotel program in New York City. You will welcome residents, help them acclimate to their living situation, monitor adherence to site rules, and support daily operations.

Schedules span multiple shifts: Sunday–Thursday 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am, 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 7am–3pm variations. Salaries range from $35,000 to $43,000; bilingual candidates may earn $40,500–$43,000.

Program Description: Goddard Riverside is part of the Integrated Support Hotel Program. Hillside Hotel will provide services to single adults working towards obtaining permanent housing.

Position Summary: Team will ensure clients are getting acclimated to their living situation, following rules & regulations of the site, and assist in monitoring the residence. Residential Aid staff are the first welcoming face new clients are greeted by!

Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm
• Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
• Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm
• Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm
• Thursday-Monday 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11p-7am

Salary Range

• $35,000-$43,000
• Bilingual $40,500-$43,000
• Non-bilingual $35,000-$40,000

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
