Qualifications

• 10+ years of Resident Engineering or Construction Management experience.
• 5+ years as a Resident or Deputy Resident Engineer.
• Experience with foundations, piling, concrete structures, and utility relocations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and inspections.
• Review project reports, RFIs, and change orders.
• Partner with contractors and regulatory agencies to resolve issues.
